Terms of service

These terms cover your use of A Perfect Bite and any order you place with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Ordering & payment

Menus open on a weekly cycle with a posted cutoff time. Placing an order and paying reserves your meals, subject to availability — each meal has a limited number of portions. Prices are shown at checkout; card payments are handled by Stripe.

Changes & cancellations

You may edit or cancel before the cutoff (see our Refund & cancellation policy). After the cutoff, orders are final.

Pickup & delivery

You choose hub pickup or door delivery at checkout. Please pick up within the stated window. Reusable containers remain our property — please return them.

Food safety & allergens

Meals are prepared in a home kitchen. Please read our Allergen & food-safety notice. You are responsible for storing and reheating meals safely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, A Perfect Bite's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
